AMX 5120 COMPATIBILITY
======================

- Revision 1.2.2.22  is compatible with the following

	AMX50xx		2.2.0.35 & above
	AMX5100		1.1.3.42 & above
	AMIQ-PS2	2.0.0.2 & above
	AMIQ-USB	3.0.0.1 & above
	AMIQ-VSN	3.0.0.1 & above
	AMIQ-WSN	3.0.0.1 & above
	AMIQ-SRL	1.0.0.0 & above
	AMWorks     	4.1.0.0 & above


How do I upgrade?
=================
To upgrade the flash in your AMX5120 you will need to copy the required file
from this folder to a machine running AMWorks rev 4.1.0.0 or higher. Then 
follow the instructions in AMWorks for downloading the new software. This is 
also available from this site.

1. 	Download the file "AMX51p2.avt" to a drive that is accessible
  	by the machine running AMWorks.

2.	Using the AMWorks software, download the file to all the AMX5120's that
	are to be upgraded. This is done by selecting Admin Tools - Software
	Upgrade, selecting the file "AMX51p2.avt" and the names of the AMX5120's
	to be upgraded, and then click begin upgrade.

3.	Each AMX5120 will take approximately 5 minutes to update.

amx51p2.avt		- if a 5120 which is connected to a Matrix, is powered 
			  on during the period where the Matrix is "syncing" 
			  with AMWorks, no message appears on the screen and 
			  the unit appears to have failed. Once the Sync is 
                          complete, the normal login sequence messages & 
			  screens appear

			- datalink issues at 1000ft have been resolved

			- activity LED on ALI port is functioning
